Description
This ca. early 1950s 3/4 carved back bass was used for decades by a professional jazz musician. There are a few scattered small repairs and the edges have been cleaned up a little. The fingerboard has a new planing for easy playability. It is very much a professional level jazz instrument. Dimensions are: Top length 42 5/8″, Upper bout width 19 5/8″, Middle bout width 14 3/8″, Lower bout width 26″, Rib depth at tail 7 7/8″, Rib depth at upperbout corner 7 7/8″, Rib depth at neck 6 3/8″, String length is an easy playing 41″.
