Description
This used Xuechang Sun model 120 hybrid 3/4 was used by a bass teacher for students to use in his teaching studio. It is clean and free of any wear. The fingerboard side dots are easily removed stickers. The medium grain width solid spruce top is resonant and yields a very pleasing tone. The laminated maple back and sides are free from noticeable handling wear. The maple neck is moderate in profile and comfortable to play. The half plate tuning machines turn easily and precisely. The nut, fingerboard, and tailpiece saddle are ebony. The tailpiece is dyed hardwood. The adjustable endpin moves freely and locks securely. The maple bridge has added adjusters. The varnish finish is durable and protective. Dimensions are: Top length 42 1/2″, Upper bout width 19 3/4, Middle bout width 15″, Lower bout width 26 1/2″, Rib depth at tail 8 1/4″, Rib depth at upper bout corner 7 5/8″, Rib depth at neck joint 6 1/2″, String length 41 5/8″.
