This very nice early 1943 Kay Supreme model 8 (S-8) has been restored by Tristan Cole-Falek to fine functional and cosmetic condition with a new bridge and comprehensive setup. Dimensions are: Top length 43 1/8″, Upper bout width 20″, Middle bout width 15″, Lower bout width 26 1/2″, Rib depth at tail 7 3/8″, Rib depth at upper bout corner 7″, Rib depth at neck joint 6 1/4″, String length 41 7/8″. The “honey sunburst” finish is quite beautiful. The sound is quite rich and full. The neck has recently been reset and the fingerboard removed and re-attached.  A very fine example of Kay’s early work on a very high model in their lineup. With cover.

Price: $3,500
