This time machine clean german made 3/4 laminated bass remains in nearly new condition. The amber into brown lacquer finish is especially beautiful. Highly figured laminated maple back and sides, Laminated spruce top, Beech neck with airbrushed faux flame figure, Nickel plated Rubner halfplate tuners, Ebony nut, fingerboard, and tailpiece saddle, Despiau bridge with added adjusters, ebonized tailpiece, Replacement 14mm steel rod endpin, currently strung with D’Addario helicore hybrid strings. Dimensions are: Top length 42 3/8″, Upper bout width 19 3/4″, Middle bout width 14 3/8″, Lower bout width 25 3/4″, Depth at tail 8 1/8″, Depth at upper bout corner 7 7/8″, Depth at neck 7″, String length 42 3/8″. This bass is an even voiced instrument that would respond well to lighter tension strings, such as Evah Pirazzi weich, Kolstein Jazz Heritage, Velvet Blue, or genuine gut strings. With cover.
