ca. 1920 Czech 3/4 flatback

This wonderful ca. 1920 Czech 3/4 flatback has gotten a complete overhaul and top regraduation by Allan Droyan and a comprehensive setup. It has a lush voice with very quick response. An especially nice Jazz bass in its price range. Maple back, sides, and neck, Halfplate hat peg tuners, Onyx endpin, Aubert Luxe bridge with adjusters, nice new thick ebony fingerboard, golden brown varnish. Dimensions are: Top length 42 5/8″, Upper bout width 19 5/8″, Middle bout width 14″, Lower bout width 26″, Depth at neck 6″, Depth at upper bout corner 7 3/4″, Depth at tail 8″, String length 42 1/2″. The responsive top gives a much softer feel to the longish string length, so this bass feels like others with a 41 3/4″ string length. A splendid jazz instrument. With cover.
