This consignment 2007 Lemur Brian Bromberg model bass is a small 3/4 size instrument that is light and fast, with a rich voice that has fully developed from regular performance play. Fine grain spruce top, Maple back, sides, and neck, Rubner halfplate tuners, Ebony fittings, Lemur bridge with Full Circle pickup installed, 10 mm endpin, Dark red-brown varnish finish. Dimensions are: Top length 42 1/2″, Upper bout width 19″, Middle bout width 14 3/8″, Lower bout width 25 7/8″, Depth at tail: 8″, Depth at upper bout corner 8″, Depth at neck 8″, String length 40 3/4″. This model was developed for Lemur by noted jazz performer, Brian Bromberg, using his Matteo Guersan bass as a starting point. This instrument has been very effective on stage and would be particularly fine for a soloist or a smaller person. No cover included, though we can supply a few different options.
