This lush-voiced consignment 1938 Juzek Strad model (#301) has some older top repairs and some more recent procedures that bring it into a more contemporary setup for advanced arco play. Having characteristics of some of the best Wilfer-made Juzek basses, this superb instrument features high quality woods, a beautiful Italianate outline, and clean original workmanship. Fine grain european spruce top, Falme figured european maple back, sides, and neck, Brass halfplate tuners, Ebony fittings, German 10 mm steel rod endpin, Recently fit Maple bridge with no adjusters, Mostly intact original finish except for the top.
